Freedom

We have spoken about this word through various shades of our living. As you kiss the mother earth from your mother’s womb cutting the umbilical cord,  the shrill sound announces your arrival with a cry to explore the world of illlusion. Within a few years you wriggle out and cry for freedom… to be free … men says how can you enjoy freedom without being subservient as it will lead to breakdown of societal hierarchy and institutional bondages…. Women cry out with placards and morchas to usher economic freedom….young are rebellious and wants to taste freedom aligned with their passionate, idealistic yet provocative thoughts… adults want to establish their rights of Freedom little realising the difference between Fundamental rights and duties. Isn”t “duties” precedes “right”

Here are some simple takeaways to understand what freedom is ? How freedom is an intrinsic part of your own being and how you should always try to enjoy freedom in every breath of your living …

  • Freedom is to differentiate between your ego and your consciousness
  • Freedom is to delineate from your attachments on daily chores
  • Freedom is to lift oneself not in physical state but to embrace the transcendental state with a jump
  • Freedom is to throw away the shackles of bondage that binds you to the material supply chain of anger, greed and lust.

So freedom starts from you and ends with you… there is no external light that will need to be fought to light up the sky.

It is here,  that You stand, firmly on the soil,  head held high, arms wide open to breathe the  air and look upon the azure sky meeting the velvety green of the rice fields over the horizon or to search the line wherein the stretch of the ocean touches the skyline, the freedom lies beyond it. Hence it is the true experience by thyself that helps you  Smile in Freedom.
