Sakshi – Self Awareness

Here comes Sakshi…the witness…the unchanging..the one and only knower of existence. The true awareness of your being.

If you can identify and dissociate yourself from the daily chores and mundane activities you will be able to see your true being that is unscathed , untouched, unhinged. Its just like the placid lake snuggled into the innermost sanctum of existence surrounded by the lofty mountains of desires , anger and pride.

It is the beauty of awareness that helps you understand, evolve and realise the true nature of your being.

The awareness of being able to distinguish between a snake and a rope lying on the dimly lit lane as you tend to cross it to enter your home.

You have stepped out to climb the mountains of lofty ambitions. You are equipped with your education, values and learnings.. these are important to scale the heights but they aren’t sufficient.

Hence from the distant the apparent nature of the rope was mistaken as snake and you are engulfed with fear, anxiety and despair.

As you gathered the courage to unearth the truth with much difficulty, you come near to it to see, you found it to be a rope.

The momentary happiness is the bliss of knowing the unknown.

As you become aware of the Sakshi … the witness… the Consciousness… you are blissfully happy.
